Yevgeniy Nepomnyachshiy (born 12 March 1987 in Petropavl, Kazakhstan) is a Kazakhstani professional road bicycle racer for the Astana Continental Team. Nepomnyachshiy previously spent three years with the squad's World Tour team.<ref>Astana Cycling Team</ref>
