Yerzhan Kh. Kazykhanov (Ержан Казыханов) (21 August 1964) is the ambassador of Kazakhstan to the United States.<ref name="BCIUkz">Template:Cite web</ref> Prior, he was Kazakhstan's Ambassador to the UK and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan from April 2011 to September 2012.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref><ref>Template:Cite news</ref>
Kazykhanov is a career diplomat and served as Kazakhstan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations from 2003 to 2007.<ref>Template:Cite news</ref> He is married with two children.
