Vladimir Hotineanu

Vladimir Hotineanu (b. 1 October 1950, Kyzylorda) is a Moldovan politician. He was the Health Minister of Moldova in the First Vlad Filat Cabinet, and deputy in Moldovan Parliament in 2009.<ref>Vladimir Hotineanu, biography at Parlament.md</ref>
