Career
After finished (at the age of 34) as a player in several Catalan teams, began to study to get Coaching License, collaborating with MICFOOTBALL, and football scouting process in Africa for Football Dreams.
Then got the chance to be involved as Tecnichal Director for FCB Escola in Training Camps (2010) in Spain and in same year he became the Technical Director of FCB Escola, an Official Barcelona Youth Academy in Cairo (Egypt).[1]
He combines the Football Manager professional career with some media analyst (radio and magazines) of Football Media, and formation of Football Coaches in seminars and conferences.
FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk
2012, Jordi Gratacos moved to Ukraine. He was signed for the FC Dnipro [2] to be the Director of the Youth System. He signed a 3 years contract from January 2012 till January 2015. Befote this period FC Dnipro had not modern football organisation in Youth System. He started to implement the FC Barcelona Style in all system, with protagonism of the ball possession, attack and defend with ball, to develop talented players, and move them to the Main Team. After some time to transfer all concepts, was in Summer 2014, when all the teams of the Academy, U17, U16, U15 and U14 had the chance to participate in the Finals of DUFL, for first time in History of the Club. At the same time, several players were called to the Youth National Teams, some in training camps of the Main Team, and most of them in the Dubbel and U19 Team of the Club Structure. Was during this season when the teams of the Academy of FC Dnipro were very competitive with cloned style of FC Barcelona, and known in hole Country as Barça and Tiki-Taka Teams. Had many positive opinions in hole opinions of the Ukrainian Football, and well recognised task till nowadays.
He is still involved in helping the development of football and human values for Dnepropetrovsk Children.
Football Federation of Kazakhstan
July 2015 signs a contract with the Football Federation of Kazakhstan.[3]
