Nurlan Seydinovich Bizakov (Template:Lang-ru) is a Kazakhstani businessman. He is the chairman and major shareholder of Kazphosphate, one of Kazakhstan's largest phosphorus producers.<ref>Template:Cite news</ref> He bought the company in 2007 from Nahum Galmor for an estimated sum of $120 million.<ref>[1] Interfax August 17, 2007</ref> He is also chairman of JSC Sumbe, an oil exploration and trading company.<ref>Template:Cite web</ref>
