Vitali Vladimirovich Tregubov (born January 28, 1974 in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Soviet Union) is a retired Kazakhstani ice hockey defenceman who was a member of the Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team at the 2002 World Ice Hockey Championships where he netted 4 points in 5 games.<ref>http://www.eliteprospects.com/player.php?statsleague=Norway&player=74087&team=&year=&status=&leagueid=&season=</ref>
