Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981 is an International Labour Organization Convention.

It was established in 1981, with the preamble stating:

Having decided upon the adoption of certain proposals with regard to safety and health and the working environment,...<ref>Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981</ref>

In 2002, an additional protocol was adopted to this convention.<ref>Protocol of 2002 to the Occupational Safety and Health Convention, 1981</ref>

Ratifications

As of May 2016, the convention had been ratified by 65 states, ten of which have also ratified the additional protocol.<ref>[1]</ref>
