Kozybaev (NKSU) (Template:Lang-ru; Template:Lang-kk), located in Petropavl, Kazakhstan, was established in 1937 by the Council of People's Commisars of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic as the Petropavlovsk Teachers Training Institute.
