Sayran bus terminal (Kazakh: Автовокзал Сайран), also "new bus station" or "central intercity bus station", is a major long distance bus station in Almaty on the North West corner of the Sayran Reservoir.<ref>Bradley Mayhew, Richard Plunkett, Simon Richmond Lonely Planet Central Asia 0864426739 2000 p.202 "Bus Long-distance buses use the Sayran bus station (f 26 28 55) on the corner of Tole Bi and Mate Zalki, 3.5km west of the centre.
