Ratbek hadji Nysanbayev (Template:Lang-kk) was the first Supreme Mufti of Kazakhstan, controversially appointed by President Nursultan Nazarbayev. He served as mufti from February 1990 to 2000.<ref>Template:Cite book</ref>
