Template:Speciesbox Allium caesium is a plant species native to central Asia (Xinjiang, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan). It grows in deserts and dry fields at elevations of 700–2000 m.<ref name="asdf88asdf80">Flora of China v 24 p 199</ref>
Allium caesium produces round bulbs up to 15 mm across. Scapes are up to 65 cm tall. Leaves are round in cross-section, slightly shorter than the scapes.
