Born November 21, 1961 in South Kazakhstan region. Graduated from the T.Ryskulov Kazakh Institute of Economics, specialty "State and local administration." He graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Eurasian National University. Trained in the specialty «Master of Petroleum Businesses». Worked in various senior positions in the JSC "National company Oil and Gas Transportation"and JSC " National company KMG".

Prior to 2003, served as executive director for Transport infrastructure and service projects of JSC "National company KazMunaiGas". In 2003-2004 - General Director of "Trading House KMG" LLC.[1][2][3]

In 2004-2005 he was General Director of JSC "KazRosGas".[4]

In December 2005 he was appointed Director General of Legal Entities "Kazakhstan Association of Oil & Gas and Energy Complex" KAZENERGY ".[5][6][7][8][9][10]</p>
