EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) therapy in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training containing over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week period after which they fulfill regular with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise monthly Senior Supervision conferences for the kids on their caseload.

Additionally, WEAP's published research in the American Journal of Mental Deficiency (November 2005 problem) was consistent with Dr. Ivar Lovaas' research in 1987 and 1993 whereby 48% of the kids who joined the extensive behavioural treatment had the ability to catch up and get involved efficiently in regular school.

Each youngster at EAP is appointed a team of specialists that what services are available for my autistic child overseen by a Manager on a biweekly basis and an Elderly Supervisor on a bimonthly basis in addition to the WEAP Development Reviews two times a year. EAP remains to keep world-class high quality ABA treatment as we remain to have our moms and dad firm WEAP monitor our children twice a year.
