EAP Malaysia is the leader of the provision of Applied Behavioural Evaluation (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was established by Wisconsin Early Autism Project (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then register in EAP's 6 month Supervisor training including over 80 hours of classes over a 20 week period after which they fulfill weekly with their Senior Manager, and have bimonthly if not monthly Senior citizen Guidance meetings for the kids on their caseload.

The factor for the several degrees of guidance is that the autism spectrum is very wide and the diversity each youngster has in regards to toughness, difficulties and age needs a high level of experience.

Each youngster at EAP is assigned a team of therapists that are overseen by a Supervisor on a fortnightly basis and an Elderly Manager on a bimonthly basis along with the WEAP Progression Reviews twice a year. EAP continues to keep world-class quality ABA therapy as we continue to have our parent company WEAP manage our kids twice a year.

In 2020, the Hope Job launched Autism In your home - an online system to release free video sources and on the internet material. EAP's senior center group supervises the top quality of ABA therapy provided at EAP and altogether has a mixed experience of 32 years of scientific practice in the area of ABA.
