EAP Malaysia is the pioneer of the stipulation of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) treatment in Malaysia and was founded by Wisconsin Early Autism Job (WEAP) in September 2006. Shortlisted Supervisors then enroll in EAP's 6 month Manager training consisting of over 80 hours of courses over a 20 week duration after which they meet once a week with their Elderly Manager, and have bimonthly otherwise month-to-month Senior Guidance conferences for the kids on their caseload.
